“Clean and easy access to subway, and the back of hotel lot of local resturant ( eastern or western style food”

“The room was spacious and clean. All the staff there is nice. However, the staff did not tell us what facilities were included. The drinks in the fringe are free. But the staff did not made know to us until we rang and asked. The breakfast was very very local and choices are very very limited. Quantity was also horrible as the local travelers take a lot. I only have a cup of coffee and that is.”

“Really good hotel. As an English spoken foreigner, the staff was really helpful with apps and Chinese apps. Really clean and smells soooo nice when entering and leaving.”

“The room is clean and spacious . Very convenient Walking distance to shopping mall. ”

“Everything meets okay quality only.”

“Good breakfast, manager (Shaun) very nice and helpful, amazing swimming pool and good gym. Hotel is not new, is renewed maybe a few year ago but you can see half of the room is old. Floor in the room has never been clean ”

“We stayed on the 12th floor, and the staff was very nice and helpful. She cleaned the room nicely and her smile made us feel so warm.”

“Worse hotel experience in Shenzhen . Staff at reception don’t speak English . Breakfast is terrible . Impossible to eat it . Gym has just 3 « machines «  which 2 of them are broken . It’s not a gym . Just some machines places next to the washing machines . It’s a horrible hotel and with a reception staff that is very unprofessional and doesn’t speak English . ”

“Prior to my arrival, I experienced a flight delay and used Expedia's "Contact Property" feature to notify the hotel that I would be arriving after midnight and would therefore require a late check-in. Having received confirmation of my booking and having already paid in full, I travelled to Shenzhen with the reasonable expectation that my reserved room would be available upon arrival. To my astonishment, when my brother and I arrived at approximately 3:00 a.m., the hotel reception informed us...

“Ottimo per il costo. Asciugacapelli in bagno e nessun problema.
