“This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”

“The only odd thing was having a master lighting switch at the door< which confused us at first. A call to the front desk educated us and all was great after that.”

“Nice place for an overnight stay. Property is relatively new but some worn scraps and scratches on the furniture and walls. There’s a train that runs close by but not terribly loud.”

“The only thing I disliked was the high prices for sundry items. I expected this, so I was not surprised. $8 for a soft drink and small candy bar is a lot. Next time I will be more prepared. I really enjoyed the fact that the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Everyone I spoke with on the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would stay again.”

“Hotel was under construction. Pool was closed (green & not working). Room smelled like mildew. Boardwalk does NOT look like photos. There are few shops and dilapidated.”

“Enjoyed the stay, but disappointed that I was charged resort fees and the establishment did have a business center or spa amenities. They do have a nice pool area with cabanas, exercise room, and casino.”

“Be aware if you stay here they will charge you a smoking fee 7-9 days after you check out saying they found evidence that you were smoking in your room. I don’t smoke and have never smoked but they charged me $250 saying I did. Don’t stay here!”

“The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!”

“We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...
