“I love that this hotel was near government street and walking distance to a lot of things including the harbour, downtown with rich history, cafes, bookstores and so much more. The room was amazing and the staff were friendly. I was quite surprised it’s considered a 3 star hotel because where I come from this could easily qualify for a 4 star. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We had a great wedding anniversary with Hotel Rialto. ”

“This is such a nice hotel. Staff is so pleasant, sent texts to check on us. We had the 2 queen beds with sofa and kitchen suite and it is much bigger than the equivalent at other hotels. Car valet always had our car ready for us as requested. The location is walkable to the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. We were so happy with our choice.”

“This was my first time staying in a dorm room. It was a little cramped and difficult to carry my bags to my bed but not too bad. It’s a historic building so I understand that not everything is going to be perfectly modern. My roommate was transphobic but that’s not the property’s fault. The staff handled the situation very well. The kitchen space was very tidy and organized. I really enjoyed my experience ”

“Once you figure out that one side is another property and where the parking is, everything is wonderful. We parked steps from our clean and spacious room. Not having the check in process the night we got there, and being able to wait until morning, was wonderful. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again.
