“Front desk staff were curt and good at ignoring you as you stood at the counter. Their explanation of the parking garage was confusing at best. Left note and tip for extra bath towels with housekeeping...got none. The people make it feel more like the big City coldness you would expect instead of the friendliness the plain states are known for.”

“Parking was horrible when the guest that are paying for a room have to park across the road cause they over book party’s and other events. There was nothing for a family to do for the price we paid for two nights plus nothing for breakfast. Not even a cold bar for something. Can say our family will not be staying there again. ”

“See the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in had blood on my pillowcases. The floor was disgusting. The shower drain had hair in it and the check-in process is a complete nightmare and if that wasn’t bad enough I get woke up at 7:30 am asking me to check out already the individual had tried to unlock my door and come in luckily I had the safety catch on so he could not get in and he repeatedly asked me to check out you check out now and kept saying that one checkout was not until 11 am...

“Motel costituito da 2 piani abitabili: abbiamo usufruito per 1 notte di 2 camere una al piano terra ed una al primo piano che si raggiunge esclusivamente tramite una scala interna, manca l'ascensore ed è molto scomodo raggiungere la camera se si possiedono 2 grandi valigie come nel nostro caso. Il bagno è sprovvisto di lavandino che si trova fuori dal medesimo. La colazione è sufficientemente rappresentata e di buona qualità.”
