“This was just right for our stay as a family of adults. We were traveling together but wanted our own rooms. It was clean with plenty of kitchen items. It had extra bedding and towels. The location was close enough to the cities, yet far enough away to be very quiet at night.”

“Mike was a great host and was FAST at communicating. I need to comment that I only gave 4 stars on cleaning. On special request, the host got the house ready a week early on the condition I agreed that it was not quite ready to his normal standards and we were the first guests ever in his new property. The yard was huge, no next neighbors crowding you. Kitchen has everything. Bathrooms furnished with towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. The river is just behind the house. We had fun wading,...

“We stayed for 4 nights for our daughter’s wedding. Our group ranged between 5-12 across our stay and this was a PERFECT fit for our family…which also served as a gathering Gift Opening event. Guests who stayed elsewhere were able to come and go as they wanted to say their congrats again.The owner was outstanding! Answered all my pre-stay questions, super pleasant, and very accommodating!
