“It's a wonderful place. They make you feel special, and the restaurant is excellent. It reminds you of what a place should be.”

“$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre....

“A beautiful place to stay with an amazing beach view. Rooms are spacious and clean but it would be nice to have a broom in each room to sweep up sand. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The only downside was having to pay $40 a day to park in the parking garage or pay by meter if you didn’t want to park in the garage.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Princess Royale! The staff were very accommodating and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Even though we came during bad weather, we still had a great time because the indoor pool was amazing for the kids and family. Everything was easily accessible, the room was clean, and the beach view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. I was on the 2nd floor oceanfront on the deck. I wish I would have been up one floor, as I couldn't leave my door open because the deck was shared by everyone. Positives were the Coconut Club was right there on the deck also. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to book here. That was my only negative. I would highly recommend staying here.”
