“The location was excellent and the staff was helpful & kind. The old air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and not very efficient.”

“The windows were filthy. Same trash outside the front door on the ground for three days. We finally picked it up and threw it away. Our window in the room had a huge crack in it and was dirty.”

“The room looked to be newly renovated on first glance - and while the bathroom looked like it had a newer flooring and a tub surround - the trim was very roughly done - so much so there was a hole in the wall where the trim was behind the toilet. The shower head was definitely older and the faucet was very had to work as it wobbled as you turned it on and almost felt like the handle would fall off as you tried to get the temperature correct. The option of the queen bed in addition to the king...

“The property has been fully renovated & remodeled. The rooms are colorful & beautiful! Beds are comfortable. Love the colored sheets & towels. And loved the quick trip to the car! My husband & I are in our 70’s and it was so much easier on us not to have to drag our suitcases through a lobby (and in the last two hotels we stayed at up the stairs - can you believe that in this day & age?) or up the elevator and down a long hall. Just a few steps and we were all settled in the room.”

“This was a great place to stay, with easy walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. The only drawback was the location on the main drag, which meant constant, noisy traffic. Terri was an exceptional hostess and cared for our every need. I'd definitely stay here again.”

“Love that all the rooms have a beautiful view of the Bay! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was all very friendly. Breakfast was awesome!! No complaints. We have stayed here a few times before and will probably again.”

“Clean hotel, nice location comfy king bed good air conditioning but no hand soap but good shower with a ledge for shaving which is a must !! Large room pretty quiet , pool and hot tub but a group was hogging it and we never got to go in it! Nice stay but way overpriced ”

“The hotel is located about 2 miles from central Petosky, out in the countryside, away from the main activities of the city. The hotel is modern, comfortable, well maintained, and has a distinct hipster vibe. We were hoping to see Little Traverse Bay from the hotel, but the view was surprisingly blocked by tall evergreen trees. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower was very good. The WiFi was easy to connect to...
