“La cama muy cómoda y limpia
Pero la temperatura se sentía tibia y el ventilador lo tienen controlado en una sola temperatura así que no pude ponerlo a mi agrado, solo pase una noche asi que no use los servicios ni tuve trato con el personal pero en la recepción fueron muy amables y rápidos, otra cosa además de la temperatura fue que el hotel huele mucho a insecticida para cucarachas y en el cuarto se sentía aun más fue desagradable”

“The remodel of the room we had was great, furniture was missing though, new cabinets outfitted for an ironing board and iron, but they were absent. There was a gap at the bottom of the entry door bic enough to fly a 747 thru. Bats, scorpions or mice could share our room with the gap. My wife put a pair of her pants against the door to keep critters out. The hot tub controls were NOT up to code, when I got out to reset the timer I got shocked. The pool was fithy. “Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate.
Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building.
Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”
