“The property was clean, staff friendly, room large, bed and bedding comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Better than most. The breakfast room, tables and area were very clean. Great property to stay at.”

“Fire place wasn't working for us and the heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Told in the morning that the fireplaces were tricky. Would have been nice if there was a note to say to call front desk if it would not work for us. You could not hear the tv with the heat system on.”

“Great for a quick stay over. However the rooms (on the 5th floor at least) are PAPER THIN! I could hear the guest in next room every word he said, every snore, everything. So I’m sure he could hear me. Made me feel uneasy and no privacy. Thankfully it was one night quick stay over. Loved the shuttle amenity. Great Uber eats availability, even in snowy weather late at night ✅”

“Room was clean and good, the neighbour's were really loud and disturbing at night and made me uncomfortable. Didnt have the breakfast as i wanted too leave. I stayed here a few times before and had nothing but a great time. This time was not good. But would recommend this hotel”

“Overall an ok stay. Super clean and charming, unbeatable location. Some details could make the experience 5 star. All doors are very squeaky, which was disruptive in the middle of the night. There is virtually no sound barrier between the room and hallway, so it feels like you can hear other people breathing through the walls. The bed was VERY low to the ground and mattress felt cheap and dated. A few improved details would really make this place a hidden gem. ”

“For fruit there was only mandarins It was incredibly busy for having only 2 staff on. ”

“We got to this hotel and I had reserved a king size suite with kitchenette. When we got to our room it was 2 queen sized beds. The front desk told us there is a glitch and when it comes through to them it shows “2Q” or something and not the correct room. They didn’t have the correct room available to provide me unfortunately so we didn’t even stay and are supposed to be getting a refund. Very disappointing.”

“Well the hotel was under renovations . The tv was installed 3 days prior to us checking in and the volume couldn't be changed. I contacted the front desk gentleman and he couldn't do nothing to help us. For the breakfast it was all cold items. Be perpared to pay $300.00 for damage deposit at check in.i felt that was a little too much. ”
