“I made my reservation months in advance, specifically booking a room with two queen beds for a two-night stay. However, when I arrived, I was told my reservation was for a single king bed for three people. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds or sofa beds to accommodate for their mistake, and I was informed that three guests were not allowed in that room.
After checking my confirmation email, it clearly stated that I had reserved two queen beds, which made the situation even more frustrating....

Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding.”
