Hotel in zona Centro di Harrisonburg, Harrisonburg

“The location of the hotel is so great!”

“We have been here many times, but this time we found the rugs near elevators really dirty and in need of major cleaning. The shower also had some spots near the floor that looked like possible mold. There were not many amenities in the room just a small soap and a make up remover. Beds were comfortable so that was good.”

“Grab and go breakfast, rooms are small but plenty of space”

“The first room we were placed in had a leaking/ broken refrigerator with sheets hanging out of it. I suppose they were working on clean up and just stopped. When we told the front desk, they were able to move us to another room. Overall, the room we stayed in was average in every way. Breakfast was decent. There were muffins, cereal and a waffle maker, etc. For the price we paid, I was slightly underwhelmed but most of the hotels seemed to have increased prices for the weekend (we could never...

“Easily my favorite place to stay when I’m in Harrisonburg – excellent in every respect. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Harrisonburg over the years, including some of the more “historic” hotels, and this Hyatt is better in every regard.”

“Clean, spacious suite, great lobby bar!”

“Great stay”

“Convenient location and easy to find,”

“No thanks”

“The temperature control in the pool was not working so the water was ice cold. The rooms were very dark…especially the bathroom. The elevator was broken. We didn’t have any hot water in our bathroom during our stay. The front desk staff told us we would most likely not receive a refund or discount because we used Expedia. We will not stay here again.”

“It was an awesome stay”

“The building extension we stayed in was noisy due to an outside door. Every time someone came in or out the door banged loudly.”

“Definitely dated and more of a “nice motel” than a hotel. Was honestly surprised when we got there considering that it had 9.0 guest rating. Funky, musty smell throughout but it was strongest in the room. Otherwise, relatively clean.”

“This place was very clean and had new fixtures and furniture. No mold or mildew in bathroom. Very nice! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to a lot of road noise you could hear in our room.”

“Very nice place to stay”
