The location is perfect—it’s just a stone’s throw away from the Giant Center, Hersheypark, and the Tanger Outlets, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping. “Ample free parking outside of accomodation. We walked to Hershey Park on both days, takes around 30 mins to walk there but quite a nice walk with a new path. Parking around $30 at the park. Room did have a smell but we just left the window open as they have a cover over them for insects. Bug fridge in room also. Great for what we payed. Would stay here again. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Friendly staff.”

“Our two night stay was better than average. Room had a very slight smell of smoke, but was tolerable. It was ready early and very clean. Beds were comfy. Surprised that Breakfast was only continental, what they had was limited, yet we all found something to eat. Front staff was very attentive. First night the pool was a bit cloudy so we chose to enjoy the hot tub only. Second night the pool was inviting and very warm. Would go back to this hotel.”

“We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. ”

“It was not built yesterday, but it’s wonderful. Has everything you need for traveling? It’s unfortunate that they do not have coffee makers in the room, but there is fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours ”

“Was not offered free welcome package the two bottles of water and a snack. The hotel staff spoke broken english and could not understand her ! Probably wont stay here again ”

“The room was clean. I booked it for the indoor pool but when I got there it was down for maintenance. That was never told to me When I booked, not when I called to make sure they had an indoor pool nor was it on the website. When I called for extra blankets I was told to come down and get a set. I booked a studio room so I feel extra blankets should have already been in the room. The hotel seemed short staff as it was long wait times at the counter whenever we tried to check in, check out or ask...
