“Great service from staff and room was clean”

“The room was very clean. The cleaning people were on their toes. They even took care of the room after the first night. When we saw them they were very friendly. The only problem I had was the bathtub is raised up and I had trouble getting in & out for a shower. I'm short and the bed is also high. I will know next time to take a step stool. The staff were not very friendly. The breakfast at La Quinta was the worse we have had, I thought the La Quinta in Galveston, TX was bad. The one was...

“In room microwave did not work. We reported it but they did nothing about it. Toilet seat cover was basically falling off the toilet but they did tighten it. Pool was closed. When I booked the stay there was no mention of this. If it was closed after I booked no one made me aware of it. They have a coffee pot in the room but didn't replenish cups or coffee. I had to get more myself.”

“Walls are made of paper and I could hear everything happening in the rooms close by me and the hallways, people screaming all night, the internet didn’t work and service was spotty inside the building. walking distance from HEB and some food, also had good room service”
