Hotel in zona Centro di Killeen, Killeen

“Very mid, dark gloomy rooms. Can tell is outdated forsure. Staff in the front doesn’t have any accountability and have family members/children hanging out in the lobby for hours using the computer area for games so we couldn’t utilize them.”

“Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs.”

“Excelente servicio muy céntrico para llegar a centros comerciales y restaurantes”

“I am happy that we were able to find a hotel that allows dogs. Overall the hotel was fine but I did not like the smell of my room. It smells really bad, I had to get some febreeze to help with the smell. I think they need to get another kind of cleaner if they are going to accept pets.”

“Staff was always smiling and make contact every time is walked in or out of the main doors. I never got the breakfast but there we always quite a bit of people in there every morning. Room was clean, cleaning crew did their job greatly I enjoyed my stay there.”

“I have stayed at a lot of your hotels and I never paid for breakfast and when I was trying to check in I had to wait 20 minutes for someone came to the counter was very disappointed with to another hotel for my remaining time in Killeen”

“Staff was nice”

“The hotel is well located and easily accessible to key places around Killeen. The staff were very friendly and checked in with me regularly to see if I needed anything. What I really liked the most was that the hotel was in a safe location and that the surrounding area was very well maintained. I couldn't have asked for more for this budget. High Five Inn is a great value for money.”
