“Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still...

“I had to plan a last second stop here, due to my car breaking down, and I am beyond greatful for the amazing staff who helped me! Mary spoke to my mother on the phone last night and got everything settled for me while I waited for a tow truck. When I got there, I was met with smiles and a positive atmosphere. I slept very well and the breakfast the next morning was good! Very clean room and very spacious! Mary even checked in on me the next morning to make sure I was okay and that I was getting...

“I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.”
