“Very comfortable and quiet”

“The room was very clean, it had everything we needed. The room stayed really cool and that was a delight.”

“We were there for 1 night and our room had a strong smell of stale cigarettes which we requested a non smoking room. The breakfast was not that great either.”

“Such a humbling experience, we got engaged during our stay and it couldn’t have been cozier and more wonderful even for such a big occasion, the creek, the kitchenette, the decor, and the wonderful hosts above all else. Will be staying here again!!”

“Brasstown has always been a favorite place for me to go to. The views and the amenities are wonderful. The food is excellent. I know it’s undergoing a renovation which is badly needed and that’s why my score is not a five star. It looks tired in a lot of the rooms, my sink was rusted. I think you also need a different brand of coffee in the rooms. Dark magic by Green Mountain is not always preferred but more of a medium roast.”

“Cathy was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating at the desk upon arrival. She definitely adds the small town, homey feel to the place. Due to them not having someone working in the lobby at all times, you are unable to get into the lobby without a code. We did not have that code sent automatically to us, and had to request it. Cathy was instrumental on her day off in trying to help us get the code, which we did finally receive but we had already left. Prior to arrival I spoke with...

“I have traveled a lot in my life, but have never met such a honest and caring owner of rented property. He has made sure we were 100% good and happy. He put customer satisfaction first before caring just about making money. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will have a chance to return again. The surroundings, the beauty of the nature are absolutely amazing.”
