“Slightly panicked when we arrived and they couldn’t find the booking of the couple we travelled with but luckily they had a room available… receptionist was so lovely we couldn’t be mad. Bar area was fantastic .. big group of us and they let us moved all the furniture so we could all be together. Bed was unbelievably comfortable.. best I’ve slept in for a long time and the shower was fab so although the room not fancy we really loved our stay. But we found a lot of hairs in the shower and some around the room, good temperature but not good cleaning, also the mugs for tea were dirty from previous usage. No lift.
