“Awesome place to stay”

“Our room had a strange smell to it when we arrived. We only had one bathroom towel in the room and had to request more. We ordered the room for four people, and there was only one bed in the room when we arrived. Also, our door to our room did not have any sort of lock to it meaning anybody could come in. Also, the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. The AC in the room was falling apart and only worked half of the time. One elevator was broken on our arrival and the second one broke...

“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“NATE gets 5 STARS ALL DAY. He is at the front desk and was Amazing!! He has checked me in twice now at this location. He always greets with a smile and is super sweet. The 1st stay was great King size bed was comfortable. 2nd stay--HORRIBLE. Nate still gets 5 stars BUT the mattresses in the Double Queen room were absolutely horrible.
