“When I checked in the staff was not very warm and friendly, no smile or How are you today. I am a customer service specialist so i have high expectations. Very nice pet area and very clean. Trash was full at pet area”

“The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. A couple of things needed attention like the veneer on bathroom door was peeling from water damage and the material on the rolling chair was coming off but all in all I would stay here again. ”

“Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”
