“Had a problem with check in. It was our anniversary so you can understand how issues like that are exacerbated. Host responded to us within minutes and took care of us. The house is amazing. Pool and hot tub clean and secluded. Will stay again!”

“Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.”

“no soap in dispenser in bath. Mold on walls in bath, esp around dispensers. Broken tile on bathroom floor. Minimal breakfast offerings.”

“Liked: quiet, big room. Didn't like: odd odour in room, got locked out of our room and attendant was away from desk, hassled us about BW points because we booked through Expedia.”

“Clean room two comfortable queen beds with four pillows each. Large room with wifi desk for some business lots phone charging outlets. Will be back next year 😃”

“Staff was nice. Rooms were pretty worn. Torn fabric on chair. Had to ask for a do not disturb sign at front desk. Elevator needed cleaning, food crumbles on floor and were still there the next day. ”

“Breakfast was adequate, weight room was roomy and nice assortment of equipment. But the walk-in shower was ill designed. No inside handle to get out when the shower door was completely closed. A family member got trapped in the shower. After screaming another family member came to the rescue. If a person would have been alone, they would have not been able to get out.”

“Room was ok but entire facility could be remodeled and updated. The tub in our room was clogged; reported it the first morning and was told a maintenance worker would show up while we were out; came back after being out the whole day to find the tub was still clogged. Reported it at 11 p.m. and they sent someone out close to midnight. Ended up having to switch to another room that was not equivalent to what we paid for. Was not happy having to do this at midnight but at least they...

“Very nice property. Large rooms, plenty of space to spread out. Great kitchenette and very comfortable beds!”

“I liked the area. The room was super dirty - I had to go get cleaning supplies to clean it. The bed sheets were dirty, walls , the bath tub would clog up, the ac didn’t work correctly.”
