“Camera e letto grandi. E' praticamente in un'area di servizio quindi comodo per arrivare e andare su autostrada e aeroporto ( e non troppo lontano da chester). Aria condizionata un po troppo sparata. Pulizua bagno migliorabile. Complessivamente buono e sncora abbastanza nuovo ma prezzo un po troppo alto.”

“Arrivati tardo pomeriggio la stanza era fredda e il terzo letto non preparato. Mia moglie aveva altra stanza: consegnate le chiavi ha trovato la stanza sporca e non preparata (biancheria letto del cliente precedente). Le hanno cambiato la stanza (ore 21.30) e ha trovato stanza fredda (la finestra era aperta). La prima colazione si può migliorare: il succo d’arancia e’ terribile.”

“Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. ”

“Very cold bedroom, unable to adjust temperature. One member of bar/ waiting staff quite rude. Obviously didn’t want to be there. Other staff made up for her.”

“Excellent breakfast, fresh hot and cold food with great choice of options. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Nice cozy bar. Excellent location for as we like to be near tourist attractions, restaurants and bars (all were 4-10 min walk from hotel) but off the main bit so it was quiet at the hotel. Close to railway also. ”

“Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per spostamenti nella zona, diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camera confortevole e dalle giuste dimensioni, bagno ben rifinito, staff preparato e cortese. Se dovessi tornare nella zona, probabilmente tornerei ad alloggiare qui, consigliato.”

“Hôtel très bien situé, facilement accessible de la gare ou de la gare routière. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin non plus, les balades le long du canal sont plutôt agréables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Chester.”

“Booked a double room for 2 nights with pull out bed for my son - his bed wasn’t made up when we arrived - check in staff were rude and disinterested. Walls very thin, reception areas and restaurant nice, first floor, our room and pool area and changing rooms shabby and in desperate need of a deep clean, lick of paint / update. Service slow and ineffectual on several occasions. Several time staff just weren’t there. Surprise £34 charge to park the car in the hotel’s own carpark for two nights...

“Roomzz is very good value for money. The position is perfect, next to the race course and very close to the city centre, rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved a bit, and unluckily for me I had an issue with non working AC in a very warm day (surprisingly for UK)... if that didn't happen my review would be 100% positive. In any case this hotel is absolutely ok, the next time I come to Chester I'll be back here for sure.”
