We had some problem to find the English TV channels and it was immediately resolved by Mr. Zahid Chowdhury, the General Manager, who is a gentle and helpful person. About the Recepcion, our Check Out was quick and the boy was very gentle. But the Check In was not good because the woman in the Recepcion was not welcoming, not even a smile or a Good Afternoon, just orders and...

“Zolo hotel var veldig fint, store rom, rent og fint. Generelt var bygningen gammel. Servicen var kjempebra. Ca 15-20 min å gå til sentrum, så hvis man ønsker seg noe sentralt så er nok ikke Zolo ideelt. Men gå avstand fra toget hvis man kommer fra Irkutsk/Ulan-Ude. Det som kunne økt komforten var AirCon.”
