“Excellent location and service. The room was small and didn’t have space to open our luggages. It’s 12 mins walk to Gandantegchinlen Monastery. Hotel staff got us a taxi to the Winter Palace of Bogd Khan, Last Emperor of Mongolia. We had a nice time. Thank you. ”

“There wasn’t room to walk around the bed but there was more wardrobe space for hanging your clothes. The bathroom is spacious but the shower area is fully enclosed so it can be a little cramped for someone of a bigger size. Also, water can leak out of the shower into the toilet area if you’re not careful. The room isn’t very soundproof either and I could hear the loud music being played outside from some event. However, it was still a comfortable stay and I wouldn’t mind staying here again. ”

“The hotel is brand new just opened in September 2025. It’s probably the closest hotel from the Chinggis Khaan International Airport. Only about 30 minutes from the airport by car. The rooms are huge and luxurious. It even has an indoor swimming pool, fitness room, etc. the breakfast was good too. Great value for money. ”

Addetti alla reception molto disponibili per il ceck-in anticipato e nel cambio della camera per aggiunta di un nuovo ospite. Buona anche la colazione, sebbene pagata per tre notti ma usufruite tutte.”

“Room was great: nice amenities and very clean. Gym facilities were clean with well-maintained equipment. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and was fresh. Staff was pleasant and helpful. ”

“Even though I did not end up going because the booking was wrongfully allowed while there was no availability, Bayan's quick turnaround, responsiveness, immediate dealing with the Expedia live agent and refund were truly commendable and much appreciated.  He extended his assistance with recommending a different resort in the area which was very nice.
