“The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Wonderful rooms, clean, confortable, silent, with city views. Good wifi. We had some problem to find the English TV channels and it was immediately resolved by Mr. Zahid Chowdhury, the General Manager, who is a gentle and helpful person. About the Recepcion, our Check Out was quick and the boy was very gentle. “Buona struttura, migliore rispetto ad altre prenotate da familiari. Buona pulizia delle camere e nel contesto le stesse di buona qualità. Addetti alla reception molto disponibili per il ceck-in anticipato e nel cambio della camera per aggiunta di un nuovo ospite. “Excellent location and service. The room was small and didn’t have space to open our luggages. It’s 12 mins walk to Gandantegchinlen Monastery. Hotel staff got us a taxi to the Winter Palace of Bogd Khan, Last Emperor of Mongolia. We had a nice time. Thank you. ”

“Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate ”
