Hotel in zona Centro, Seneca

“The only issue i had was when I cut the heat on the smoke alarm went off which is understandable but I couldn't use the heat at all”

“We had a great stay. Nice staff and good breakfast.”

“Wonderful staff and good breakfast”

“The property was certainly not what the pictures portrayed. The location is questionable and we did not feel safe. The room smelt of smoke and we immediately went to front desk. Upon our conversation with the staff we decided it would be best to check out. I messaged Expedia as instructed by the property in regards to a refund and within minutes was told that the hotel denied the claim and will not issue the refund. Terrible experience and disappointed that no type of refund was offered.”

“Staff was great! Room was clean!”

“This was a very nice facility. I would highly recommend it for anyone needing a place to stay in the area. I had the one bedroom suite. I was very roomy and I had everything I needed.”

“Woken up at 4am to cops knocking on my door because the hotel trespassed me for smoking “weed” in my room, which was completely false will be taking more action!”

“We were in town for parents weekend. Only reasonably priced accommodation. At first I was surprised at how remote the cabins were. But I understand it’s on purpose for people that want to disconnect and enjoy nature. We had no problem finding the place. It was clean. It was cozy. It was an adventure!”

“Loved it! Very clean and the staff was super friendly!”

“While my room was very clean, there was a large stain on the upholstered chair by the window. The picture was missing the bottom part of the frame. The bathroom was old, with a cigarette stain on the tub. Staff were friendly and helpful but it took longer than usual to check in. There was no pepper in the breakfast area and the juice machine was broken. All said and done, I had what I needed. It is a poor economy for all which may explain the shortcomings.”

“My room smelled of urine.”

“The office smelled horrible! The owner kept telling me that his prices were lower than a third party.”

“Staff and services.”

“Good location . Good price. Nice and quiet. Unusually good tv show choices. (Much better than last 4 or 5 hotels that I stayed at!)”

“Excellent”
