“近くで主人の仕事があったため、利用させて頂きました。 車で伺ったのですが、駐車してる時から気にかけて頂き、予約名を伝えるとすぐ荷物を持って館内に案内してくださいました。 偶然空きがあったとのことで、部屋のグレードをあげてくださいました。 ちょうど新緑の時期ということもあったので、露天からの景色がとてもよかったです。 従業員さんの数が限られているのか、皆さん忙しく動かれていたのですが、接客は素晴らしかったです。 流石良い旅館だなと思いました。 様々なサービスがあったのですが、主人の仕事の都合上利用できなかったものもあるため、また次伺う際は館内でゆっくり過ごしたいなと思いました。 また利用させていただきます。”

“We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the experience so much. There was some confusion about what we were supposed to do sometimes, and we thought dinner and breakfast were served in our room but we needed to go elsewhere. It was private dining at least. “This resort appears to be popular with families with little kids. We got a room with 2 beds and 2 futons so it was larger than the usual futon only rooms. It had a bathroom but no shower, with expectations that you would shower at the onsen. They had free parking which was nice. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast of our trip with lots of items to choose from. ”

“The hotel located a quiet corner of Toyama bay, not much activities nearby, however the hotel front view was superb with Tateyama-Kurobe snow capped range right infront. “プール目的で夏休みの中学生の子供たちを連れて行きました。正直期待せずに伺いましたが、さすが北陸のホテル。立派でした。プールは9時から17時までとの事で、早めに到着してプール、温泉を利用させて頂き、翌日もチェックアウトが12時なので、翌朝もプールに入れました。気になったのはレストランでの箸やフォークナイフが濡れていたり、水滴が乾いた染みが沢山あったのがマイナス点。比較的満足でした。”
