“Clean and comfortable bed the workout room was very clean and the pool was nice”

“Wonderful staff. Very clean and nice room. Beds were comfortable. Will stay here every time in the area.”

“Typical free breakfast nothing great The air would go on and off every 5-10 minutes breaking our sleep very annoying only one chair in the room had to ask for a second. The chair we had rolled all over the place. Was quite very modern ”

“When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

“We had a good time. The room was clean and nice. Our check-in experience wasn't the greatest though. The concierge was on a personal call when we arrived adn didn't bother to end the call or at least put it on hold and put it away for a minute. She was nice enough but it just wasn't very professional and kind of made me feel like we were intudng on her time”
