“Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries.
The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball.
The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft.
If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here.”

“The room was the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a harsh odor of stale smoke and mildew. The only pleasant part was the customer service, they at least provided me with Febreeze air freshener spray. It didn’t work but they tried. The bath tub was not clean but the carpet was vacuumed. ”

“WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS
WE STAYED HERE FOR 5 NIGHTS
AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT WE COMPLAINED ABOUT 2 THINGS
MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER.
WATER WAS VERY HOT INTHE SINK BUT ONLY LUKEWARM IN THE SHOWER.
WE WERE FREEZING EVERYTIME WE BATHED.
ALSO THEY ASKED ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND WE REQUESTED EVERY OTHER DAY CLEANING BUT IT GOT DONE ONLY ONCE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE.
JUST LEFT US IN SAME ROOM WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SITUATION.
HAVE BEEN STAYING...
