“My wife and I were on vacation here from June 6th through June 13th. Our stay while there was absolutely incredible. As the entire staff was very professional, very polite, very friendly and did everything they could to make our state great. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at there was nothing that was not exactly the way it was supposed to be. “Apart from the aesthetic of the hotel, I love the rooms and the bedsheets. They look luxurious. And one thing I noticed in the cafeteria was that, you don’t have to make your pancakes yourself, they have a pancake making machine there. My kids thought that was so cool. The staff were friendly and helpful.I will rate our extras 10/10! I have no complaints!👌”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“The room was very humid. We told the staff that our toilet was running non stop but no response. The water pressure was poor at best. Just a below average experience overall.”

“The hotel wasn't a bad good, but every night I felt like something was bitting me in the bed didn't see anything but I sprayed lysol in the bed every night before going to sleep, housekeeping cleaned the bathroom one day and left my door open, I went downstairs to report it all he said was sorry from that day I asked them not to go back in my room, dogs was allowed in the hotel and they was barking in the rooms and hall..one of the men at the front desk was really trying to help make it better...

“Disgusting rooms and even more disgusting staff members. Dont bother booking this hotel. Management will do anything they can to charge you extra for your stay. Wouldn't even bother trying to get me a new room when I told them that there's was mold and stained bedsheets in my room.”

“Stayed for 4 nights with wife and kids 3 and 12. We loved the little beach right there. Staff was all very friendly. Location was perfect right in the middle of all the beaches. 10 mins to Fort Walton, 15 mins to Destin, 30 mins to Navarre beach and Opal beach.”

“This was our second hotel and they exceeded our expectations! Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable! It was also wheelchair accessible and close to the convention center and beach! 10/10”

“Had read a lot of bad reviews and was very apprehensive about our stay, but they were all baseless. Older building was maintained well, property was groomed very nice, staff was polite and helpful. Beach view was amazing, pools were very clean and fresh towels. Room was clean and very comfortable. Good coffee every day. All in all, I was very impressed. Will recommend this Hotel and will comeback again. BRAVO to Management and Staff.”
