“You walked in and you were in awe of the how well lite up and clean it looked and smelled: fresh and inviting (I been in a few places where the smell was horrific) The staff was extremely helpful and glad to see us. Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains. “We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. So at around 12:15, we had to pack up everything and move to another room. Also, there was one washcloth and one makeup washcloth for...

“The only reason I got a room was so I could swim with my grandkids. The pool was freezing. We couldn't even be in it. I would never have picked that hotel if I knew that. Also, no hit tub. ”

“Service was great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The bar and restaurant were closed down for the night and that’s why we stayed there for that reason. Very disappointing. ”

“We had a long suite nice and spacious for 2-3 people. Fridge, microwave, 2 TVs Pool, hot tub I’ve never had a hotel give a free breakfast and supper and drinks! Location is great for the Arena. Lots of restaurants literally down the street. 10 pizza places! Great all around hotel and area!”

“Nice place overall. As a smoker, I was thrilled to have smoking rooms, the noise level was very low, except for the first day, which was just a guy on the phone...extremely loud. Now for the value...can't be matched. Excellent price. I willl definitely be staying at this motel 6 again.”
