“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“Siamo stati molto bene in questo piccolo ma essenziale appartamento a due passi dall’Arco di Trionfo .Sinceramente dalle premesse ce lo aspettavamo più piccolo ed invece per noi quattro era più che sufficiente poiché ogni suo spazio e’ ben arredato ed utilizzato ed alla fine per essere a Parigi dove gli spazi degli alloggi sono minimi, qui c’e’ tutto quello di cui si possa aver bisogno .La sign.na Sonia è’ stata molto disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà...

“The room was nice and clean, as advertised. However, there were very few plugs and the curtains were a tad small with lack of privacy due to it being on the ground floor. Good for 3 people and shower was a highlight. ”

“So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS. “Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

“Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Appartement, fantastische Lage. Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nachbarn oben rückten jedoch bis Mitternacht Möbel umher, was den Schlaf nicht möglich machte. Das Bett war jedoch super bequem! Die Küche ist mittelmässig ausgestattet (nur 3 Gabeln, keine kleinen Löffel), Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Wir würden dennoch auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.”

“This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.”

“Bel soggiorno, quartiere ben posizionato e ben servito dai mezzi, tranquillo perché lella location della casa fuori dal nugolo di turisti che ad agosto sono moltissimi! Accolte dalla signora delle pulizie gentilissima che ha fatto le veci del padrone di casa; supermarket bio con alternative vegane in zona; ci si sposta sia con metro sia con bus, che sono frequenti entrambe e funzionano bene; quasi tutti parlano inglese quindi abbastanza facile comunicare; se siete vegani non è la ‘città...

“Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub. Das Queensize-Bett war unglaublich bequem und die Klimaanlage sorgte für angenehme Kühle im Zimmer. Wir genossen es, morgens Kaffee aus dem Wasserkocher zuzubereiten.”
