Self check-in begins at 3:00PM via key pickup at a nearby shop, offering flexibility and ease. A fully refundable damage deposit of €800 is required prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience.

Stop and shop at the famous Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques or satisfy your sweet tooth with a stop at Ladurée for some tasty macarons. At the top of the Champs Elysees lies the monumental Arc de Triomphe. Offering gorgeous views of the whole city and Eiffel Tower, this is a truly unique and gorgeous landmark. Within walking distance, you also have the Grand Palais de la Découverte as well as the Petit Palais. You are also just a stone’s throw from the Place de la Concorde. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more!

Damage deposit of €800 required prior to arrival.

Other Notes:
A baby bed is available on request for an additional fee of €40. A high chair is also available for €40, or both for €60. Please request these after booking.

If an in-person key handover is needed and you arrive between 19:00–21:59, a €50 fee applies. From 22:00–00:59, the fee is €90, and after 01:00 it's €120. All in-person check-in fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Notify us by SMS or email if you are delayed.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for inspections, maintenance, cleanings, or viewings with reasonable notice, or without notice in emergencies. Viewings may take place between 08:00–19:00. For bookings over €1000, payment may be required via secure link or bank transfer for verification and banking purposes.
