“Our stay was wonderful. We had a King room, high floor with a city view. For not being a , "Suite," it was very spacious. The room was well appointed and clean. The hotel was quiet, never heard any noise from adjoining rooms. The breakfast in the a.m. and Kickback (meal 5:30 -7pm) saved us a bunch of money and the food was good. The staff at the desk and in the dining area were very friendly. We took advantage of the hot tub on the roof. So nice, clean and a perfect temperature. The hotel...

“My first room had hair in the shower. No one was available to clean it so got my room switched. Second room bathroom was not clean. Shower had red soap build up in the corners hair on the floor and a small clip of dirt in the back on the ledge. Shower head was loose from the pipe. Water pressure is poor. Crap fix job to the soap dispenser in both bathrooms. And there was some dried up stain on the floor in front of the toilet. Head board as all worn out and peeling off. It wasn’t worth the...

“Staff were attentive, friendly and just plain perfect. Room was clean, spacious and again perfect. 14oz ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly. Food was well worth the price. ”

“Beautiful hotel and great room! However the bathroom was not the cleanest and by that I mean, long black hair all over the bathroom floor. Called and let the front desk staff know about it and stated it would be taken care of. Went out around 3pm got back to the room at 10pm, so ample time. While some of the hair was picked up a surprisingly amount was still there! Finally took a washcloth and cleaned it up myself. Body wash dispenser was empty and the. “No ice machine, but a fridge with ice maker in the room which is nice if you are in the room long enough to make ice. Also no breakfast, but a pantry to buy food. Gotta make the $$$$$$$”

“There was construction going on and and water pipe had broke fans being used to dry areas, very noisy. Did not have any thing telling me about the construction when I made my reservation.”

“The only reason I reserved this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was out of order. The room was nice and a good size. I would like to suggest adding a waffle maker to the breakfast bar.”

“Constantly waited for food to be brought out when it was empty. Having only 1 waffle maker made us wait 10+ minutes to get waffles. Room was set up wierd when u try to watch tv had to sit at the end of the beds to see it. Water in the shower took 5 mins to get Luke warm never was hot. Staff was friendly. Four guests listed on stay and one extra pillow. So one kid had to use a cushion for a pillow because they didn’t have any extras.”
