“朝食メニューは品数もあり、美味しいでした。夕食も美味しかったですが、ランチで利用すると、同じメニューでも夕食の時とボリュームが違ったり、美味しくなかったりしました。ランチはウエイターにちょっと面倒そうな扱いをされたのが残念でした。部屋からの景色は森に囲まれており、山が見えて大変綺麗でした。ただ、その眺望だけに車でグルグルと坂道を登った先にホテルが立ち、KANDYの街からは離れていて、不便な立地です。街をぶらぶらして買い物をしたいと思っても気軽に行けないです。屋外プールは森と山を眺めながら、大変綺麗な水で泳げて気持ちが良かったです。”

“The views are amazing and staff friendly but we were very disappointed when they tried to scam us at dinner. After we ordered the waiter suddenly announced that all the prices in the menu was “old prices” from 2022 and that there would be extra charges.
Appearantly the menu card has not been opdater for 3 years…. That kind of extortion is just unprofessional. ”

“Hotel is in a amazing position in the Kandy hills. The hotel is very beautiful, mostly for couples. My expectation were hire than what i found. The furniture of the room was very beautiful and based on the island style, the bathroom was very little, and not maintain properly, the bath was not good ( i prefer shower). “We loved the beautiful view from the balcony and poolside. The pool was great as well. The facilities were tastefully designed and room simple yet comfortable. The food was delicious.
The property could use some minor renovation, but overall it did not bother us.
We recommend getting a lock for the bags since there is no safe in the room for the valuables. ”

“The hotel was nice for us as a family. The hotel itself is ok not amazing but it had a nice pool (NOT the 8 pools advertised on expedia) but we could see from pics this seemed unlikely. The view from our room was really poor of other hotels or a derelict housing area which as on a massive hill is a shame. Staff lovely as per normal. The rooms were a little old but ok.
