“The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

“Parking was a little tight but adequate. The breakfast was really good and I'm good variety of options. DeVante was very professional and kind and helpful. He did a great job making us comfortable at the hotel. ”

“This property is a great place with 1 exception: there was no hand soap for the bathroom. I requested some from the front desk and dish soap was sent up. I explained that I needed hand soap and was told they did not have any. I asked the ladies cleaning the rooms in the morning and received the same answer. It seems to me that a hotel of this caliber and expense could afford to have hand soap available. The breakfast staff, the valet staff, and the front desk staff were great. Acts 4:12”

“The suite we were in was not great. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.”

“Definitely disappointed. Our room could have used a good cleaning! The areas behind the chair and table were filthy. The chair arm was torn. Breakfast was available for another $14.00 per person. Totally uncalled for! The room charge was $180 plus. Not worth it. Not even for the convenience to being close to BJH facilities. We were not there on vacation! Will never stay there again nor recommend! Doubletree has always been a favorite place to stay. I won't judge other Doubletree...

“Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience”
