“the position is not central and vey quiet, a 15 minutes walk is needed to reach the main street of Alice.The receptionists are professional with a good approach to the customer, The room is clean with a standard furniture a bit dated, very confortable the mattreses. “Good central spot in Alice Springs to jump off to other activities. Short walk to grocery and main entertainment area. Beds are comfortable and the showers are plenty hot. It is an older hotel, so reflects the same, but with clean comfortable beds and hot water we were happy. We had the portion of the hotel where the rooms are glass walls to the outdoor hallway, which was fine, but did mean we heard all the chatter outside when some locals decided to stay up all night talking. “Has everything you need. Property is at The Gap, just out of the town centre. The only fault I can pick is with the particular room I had. Room 7B is located over the front entrance to the property. After hours there is a gate that guests open for entry to the property. The gate itself is noisy but also guests often linger in the area, talking at 3am after a night out. I’m sure most rooms at the property are fine but those over that entrance might be disturbed, particularly on the weekends. ”

“The hotel is located in the centre of the city, a walking distance to the shops. The room was exactly as showed in the pictures: a bit dated but very cleaned. They also have a pool and the laundry which are a must to relax and to clean the clothes after a long trip. Further more the reception personnel was very kind and helpful. I would like to suggest to give the plastic free anemeties to be 100% sustainable.”
