Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Chamblee

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room did not have enough towels or the sheets stocked for the sofa bed and chairs here was not staff to deliver it to the room. They only had 2 staff working (peak hours of evening). We just made our way down to pick up the stuff ourselves, and they were very kind, but definitely needed help. The same was true the next morning for a Sunday breakfast. Not enough workers to keep up with the amount of people staying. ”

“Property was easy to find. Front desk was polite. There were lots of guests as the parking lot was full but we only saw a couple people on our floor. It was very quiet. Room was clean but bedding had a VERY strong bleach odor. Also there is a $10 per night charge to park in the parking lot which was a little strange to me since I already paid to stay there. ”

“Restaurant food is not great…and amenities ((lack of) means I will not stay there again. My room had constant elevator noise as well. ”

When I book this hotel 3/21/2026 for two beds room for my daughter valley ball tournaments. they give me for one bed room when I got there.Also they lie to me. I asked them if they give me the one bed ,there is different between one and two bed , I need adjust price, they don’t want do it. “Great hotel , the daily parking fee and no valet parking is my only complaint.”
