“Grazioso hotel in posizione centrale , vicino al Casinò e alle terme . Camere pulite e carine , hotel molto silenzioso ideale per rilassarsi. Personale gentilissimo e presente , colazione fantastica e buon ristorante. Per essere un 3 stelle é molto meglio di molti 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato .”

“Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. “Questo e' stata la mia terza volta in questo Residence dopo altre due di cui una nel 2018 e una a Gennaio 2019. Il residence e' sempre confortevole e ho apprezzato i lavori di ristrutturazione nelle parti comuni. Lo terro' sempre in considerazione nel caso di altri soggiorni a Zermat sia invernali che estivi.”
