The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 90 euros for the frst day and 10 euros/day for the rest


The villa is 120 m2 and consist in:

• Ground Floor:
ground floor wih two bedrooms - of course with their own bathroom.

• 1st Floor:
In the living room on the first floor, two sofa beds can be folded out into full beds. The Jaccuzzi with sea view integrated into the living room is a special highlight. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen and there is also a third bathroom on this floor. The veranda is furnished with a table and comfortable seating. In general, the entire stylish furniture meets high standards.

We’re writing to let you know about the introduction of an environment tax in Greece following Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α 204/11-12-2023)

This new tax is not included in the price and has to be paid by you in cash in the moment you are at the property and you will meet the owner or the property manager

After the payment the owner/property manager will provide you a receipt


Based on property type you booked , the following taxes will apply:

November to February

€4 per night

March to October

€15 per night

The above amounts are per night and NOT per person
