Happy Villa si trova nel punto "benvenuto" dello storico borgo di Galatas, vicino sia alla città di Chania e a molte bellissime spiagge sabbiose.
Gode ​​di una miscela di viste panoramiche sul mare, Ag. L'isola di Theodori, la città di Chania e le montagne "Lefka Ori".
È posseduto e progettato da due architetti che hanno discretamente creato una moderna premessa con attenzione ai dettagli e ad elevati standard qualitativi.
Happy Villa è composta da un piano terra, un primo piano, un sottotetto e un seminterrato. 305 mq in totale.
Molti balconi circondano la villa mentre la principale è 'attaccata' alla piscina riscaldata.
Più in dettaglio al piano terra c'è la zona soggiorno-pranzo, la cucina e un WC.
A parte le sei TV satellitari in tutte le stanze della villa, c'è un grande televisore da 50 pollici nel soggiorno dotato di PS4 con due controller e giochi, abbonamento Netflix e Spotify, altoparlanti surround home cinema. C'è anche un mini pc di Windows collegato allo schermo e un potente altoparlante bluetooth.
Al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto. Uno di essi dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un bagno interno. Gli altri due hanno due letti singoli ciascuno e condividono un altro bagno che c'è anche al primo piano. Ogni camera ha un proprio balcone.
Al livello più alto della villa c'è una bella mansarda con splendida vista sul mare e Ag. L'isola di Theodori, sul lato nord, e dal lato sud e la veranda dell'attico si può godere il paesaggio delle montagne "Lefka Ori". Al piano attico c'è una camera da letto con due letti singoli, un bagno con doccia, un WC e una zona salotto che può ospitare anche due persone ai suoi due divani letto.
Al piano seminterrato della casa si trova una palestra, un bagno, una lavanderia e un parcheggio chiuso a due posti
È dotato di riscaldamento a pavimento in modo da essere superlativo anche in inverno.

Our family of 8 had the best week ever at this beautiful home. Enough room for everyone! The amzing pool, foosball and air hockey tables entertained us all. The beach is a 15 minute walk downhill and the city of Chania is a must see. Our favorite restaurant was Elia’s right around the corner. A definite Cretan experience. We all highly recommend the Happy Villa.

Wat een fantastische villa en een hele fijne gastheer, die we altijd konden appen voor vragen over je huis of de omgeving. Stond ons op te wachten en had zelfs al heerlijke versnaperingen geregeld voor de eerste dag. Alles was er, er ontbrak echt werkelijk niks! De bedden waren overigens heerlijk, dat zie je niet veel. Kortom en echte aanrader!!!

We Want to Come Back!

This past week, we spent 8 relaxing evenings just outside of Chania in Galatas (easy 10 minute drive to the old town). The home was exactly as pictured. Spacious, beautiful, and clean. The pool with a view kept my children entertained for hours. The owners are a lovely couple that were extremely responsive, kind, and generous. We want to come back when time permits.

A villa and host better than a regular villa rental.

Beautiful Villa which provides much more than a regular rental villa. Heated pool, Netflix, pool towels, washing machine, welcome pack even card games to name but a few. If you have young children the villa had cots/high chairs and even mini plates and bowls. Location is great as well, mini markets, coffee shop and tavernas all very close by. Beach a short walk away and the old town a short drive away. Host was GREAT with communication before we arrived supplying recommendations and useful information, and whilst in the villa very responsive to queries. Lovely holiday had by all. Would recommend

Amazing villa

The villa is beautiful as you might expect given the owner is an architect. Inside and outside it is finished to a very high level. The pool is slightly unusual in that it is quite narrow albeit 7-8m long. It is in the shade after about 4pm. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance and Chania is nearby. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it - one of the nicest villas I have booked and I am quite particular...

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

Amazing villa! Two families (kids 2,6,8) stayed comfortably in this space, easily room for more. Plenty of space both indoor and out, 6 lounge seats around the pool, dining areas in the kitchen, also on small private back deck, in dining room and fabulous big dining area outside near pool. Used the grill to cook every night. The villa was so great we hardly left! The Hosts were outstanding - flexible, friendly, courteous and really went the extra mile to make it an amazing stay for us. They even supplies new pool toys for the kids, and some basic groceries along with the ingredients and a recipe for a regional dish (and a bottle of wine to pair). Such a wonderful surprise on our first night arrival! Vagelis and Niki couldn’t have been nicer. We had our eye on this place for a vacation location and we couldn’t have been happier! Thank you!

Our host Vagelis was so friendly, warm and accommodating. The house had everything we needed down to the tiniest detail. It was a modern and charming all in one. I would highly highly recommend this property it was the very best.

Simply Lovely

What a surprise when we arrived at Happy Villa. The pictures are great on VBRO and very complimentary however, the home is simply lovely, architecturally well designed and clever, and very nicely furnished. Lots of natural light and windows and outside space throughout the house and wonderful views and vistas. The beds and linens are wonderful and even though on 4 levels the home is VERY LIVABLE. We were a party of 6 and we all lived very comfortably for 12 days. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the property owners were gracious and left us a basket of groceries plus other goodies until we could get to the store. The location was very good, walkable to several very good restaurants and a local market, also easy access to major streets or the freeway to get quickly to town or other parts of the Island. We took many day trips. The property owners were extremely helpful in sharing their local knowledge of restaurants, sightseeing and special activities. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at Happy Villa. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your absolutely beautiful property with us. Tom and Carol

Ideal family accommodation

Spacious well equipped property with nice balconies and terraces. It's only a two minute walk to the local taverna which doesn't look much but provides excellent food and service. Also the host was great and was always quick to provide any information we needed. Only downside with the property is that it's located on a fairly busy crossroads but it's not a major problem.

Amazing house. Incredible hosts. We could have not asked for a better home to rent. Outstanding!!!

The house is simply amazing and far exceeded our expectations. It is incredibly comfortable and convenient to all that Chania has to offer. We also cannot say enough about our thoughtful hosts. The communication was outstanding from the start and they were available for anything we needed. They know the area very well and made outstanding recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing. They even offered to help us book any excursions that interested us. The home is so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Great restaurants and food stores are close by. We travel quite extensively and by far this is the nicest experience he have had.

Happy Villa is outstanding!!

The house is even better than the photos! It was child friendly and comfortable for our family of 9. The design was so well thought out with eating/ conversation areas in several locations. The pool was a favorite of all!! Our hosts were incredibly helpful in taking care of our needs with foods, toys and information. A highlight of the week was having their recommendation for a chef prepared meal at the house. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and having a car to travel to Elafonisi Beach to the south for swimming and Kissamou Bay to the west for a private day with a boat on the sea. A bus stop is close by, but we preferred using the car for the downtown Harbor and restaurants and an olive oil tasting.

Beautifully designed, spotless, comfy home.

We wanted somewhere which was easy to live in, relaxing, somewhere we could just chill out and yet the children had what they wanted too. We purposely chose somewhere not to far from the airport and relatively close to a beach with a heated pool. And we picked HappyVilla and indeed it was. The children were never out of the pool! Beds more comfortable than the excellent beds at Premier Inn and this made our stay perfect. Niki and Vagelis made us feel right at home and when asked about where to go etc. couldn’t have been more helpful. The kitchen was easy to use and with 9 of us the dishwasher was on a few times a day; on the quick wash - no problem. A couple of the days we went exploring to the beach a short walk with beautiful fine sand and shallow water with a restaurant too, enabling us to have food and drink whilst we were there. For a few evenings we took a short taxi ride down to the old harbour, we tried a variety of restaurants which all seemed to be good and very friendly. Thank you Niki and Vagelis for letting out your beautifully designed home and we hope to be back some day.

Beautiful Villa with great amenities!

Wonderful stay at Happy Villa, we had a great time and the owners were very accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone traveling with a group of adults or even with children. Only 10 minutes from Old Town, Chania restaurants and night life. Our only regret is that we would have liked to stay longer.
