NOTE: possibility to open also by request another studio in the lower floor which is identic to the other one that is open and so possibility to sleep there 4 more people. This closed studio is used by the owners but really few times in the season and it is completely separated from the villa with its own entrance from the main road so people that stay in the villa have still full privacy
