The villa’s interior has been thoughtfully designed to create a bright and airy ambiance, with large windows that invite in natural light and the refreshing sea breeze. Spanning 80 sqm, SeaWave Villa II can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests (the 5th guest can be comfortably accommodated on a sofa in the living room).



The open-plan living area is spacious and welcoming, featuring a comfortable lounge with a smart TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, French coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, ensures a seamless cooking experience for your convenience.



The villa boasts two well-appointed bedrooms:

• One bedroom features a plush double bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience.

• The second bedroom includes two cozy single beds, making it an ideal setup for families or small groups.



In addition to the en-suite, the villa includes a second modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, providing enhanced comfort and practicality for all guests.



Outdoor Bliss

The outdoor area is where SeaWave Villa II truly shines. With its breathtaking views of the cove and turquoise waters, this serene space is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table, bask in the sun on comfortable sunbeds, or unwind under the shade of umbrellas. A BBQ area invites you to savor outdoor meals while soaking in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

A private heated pool now completes the luxurious outdoor offering, providing a sparkling oasis with uninterrupted views of the sea — ideal for a refreshing swim or a relaxing lounge under the sun.

For added enjoyment, an outdoor ping pong table offers fun for all ages in the open air.



Seawave Villas complex consists of two villas sharing a land plot and car gate. The layout of the plot has been carefully designed to provide as much comfort and privacy as possible for both villas.

The property is located on the ground floor of the building. The upper floor is not rented out and is used solely as a linen storage area, accessed by staff only during scheduled cleanings.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor areas of the villa, including the pool and BBQ facilities, which are not shared with anyone else.

The peninsula is renowned for its natural beauty, historic monasteries such as Agia Triada and Gouverneto, and pristine coastal landscapes. Chania, with its vibrant Venetian harbor, charming old town, and lively culinary scene, is only a 20-minute drive away, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and exploration.



The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.

Outdoor Pool Heating Guidelines:

• Temperature Setting | Pool heating can be adjusted to reach up to 28°C, depending on prevailing outdoor conditions. Please note, a pool cover is unavailable.

• Advance Request | A minimum of one day’s notice in advance is required to arrange heating.

• Extra Charges | €50 per day applies.

• Minimum Booking | Pool heating must be reserved for a minimum of three consecutive days, with costs calculated accordingly.
