Villa Niolos I è una lussuosa villa di recente costruzione di 170 mq con un design di alto livello e qualità costruttiva, situata vicino al villaggio di Sternes, a soli 2 minuti di auto dalle famose spiagge sabbiose di Marathi e Loutraki. A causa della sua posizione (essendo situato su una collina), la villa offre una vista incredibile sulla baia di Souda.

Il design degli interni della nostra villa di lusso è moderno e il suo layout funzionale offre privacy nel tuo gruppo. Villa Niolos I può ospitare 7 persone in letti e fino a 9 persone se necessario.

Entrando nella villa al piano terra, troverete una spaziosa area open space che contiene il soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, il tavolo da pranzo interno e l'uscita sulla veranda. Sullo stesso piano c'è anche un bagno con doccia e un ripostiglio.

Al primo piano ci sono due camere da letto, una con un letto singolo e un'altra con un letto matrimoniale che può anche essere impostato come due singoli. Entrambe le camere offrono magnifiche viste dai balconi. Su questo piano c'è anche un bagno che contiene un bagno con doccia.

Al secondo piano c'è il nostro bellissimo attico. Comprende un letto matrimoniale, un ripostiglio, un angolo cottura con frigorifero e un bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. C'è anche un'uscita sul balcone privato.

Fuori e sotto l'edificio principale della villa, c'è un singolo studio con accesso diretto al giardino. Entrando nello studio troverete una zona open space che comprende un piccolo soggiorno e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Esso contiene anche un bagno con doccia e una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e spazio di archiviazione.

L'area esterna splendidamente paesaggistica di Villa Niolos I, piena di fiori e palme, offre splendide viste sul mare, nonché una varietà di servizi che includono: - Un privato, 50 mq. piscina con uno scompartimento speciale per i bambini
- Attrezzature per barbecue a gas completamente attrezzate con forno a legna e lavandino esterno
- Sale da pranzo all'aperto
- Prato coperto a bordo piscina, ideale per far giocare i bambini
- Una varietà di punti arredati (con lettini, ombrelloni, soggiorno all'ombra ombreggiato e amache) per rilassarsi nei giardini intorno alla villa, la terrazza della piscina, la veranda e i balconi.

Lovely place and lovely host

Property is superb, in a calm side of Sternes, not far from the beach with astonishing views everywhere. Perfect place to chill with the family, the host is warm welcoming and you're 15 min from Chania, really nice old town. Warmly recommended

Amazing house in Crete!

We had a wonderful time. Stella was amazing with any needs and the house was perfect for our family. The pool was lovely and location great to a wonderful local beach and town of Chania. Thank you and we will be back!

Crete villa

The villa was beautiful! So sweet of Stella to leave us such wonderful treats at the house when we got there. Fresh watermelon, peaches, cantaloupe, homemade cookies, honey, raki & olive oil. Stella was wonderful to communicate with. The cleaning girls did a great job & we would love to go back!

Mauvaises nuits

La maison est très jolie et confortable. Belle vue. A 10 minutes de plages sympathiques avec resto… Le point négatif à savoir est qu on y dort mal. Il y a des coqs et des chiens dans les maisons autour, des rideaux non-occultants (pas de volets roulants), et une route en bas de la maison (pas gênant). A ce prix…, on aurait aimé rentré en forme. Ce n’est pas le cas…!!!

Fabulous Crete!

Villa is exactly as pictured in listing, but even more beautiful when you are there in person taking it all in. We took some day trips (boat excursion to Gramvousa/ Balos Lagoon through Etouri) and lots on our own to explore the island and its many beaches. We cooked meals in the villa, which was well equipped. You will need a car, there are not a lot of great restaurants close by. We rented one through Etouri that was dropped off at the Villa. Service could have not been better from owner and from Etouri. Enjoy!

Wonderful view and stay!

Die Reise mit dem Auto vom Flughafen zur Villa, war für altbekannte Verhältnisse, abenteuerlich und dennoch witzig. Wir hatten eine herzliche Begrüßung mit anschließender Führung durch die Villa. Kurz gesagt: Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl! So blieb es auch bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts. Das Dorf Sternes, in dem die Villa ist, bat auch einiges Sehenswürdiges, vor allem aber der Bäcker und der Minimarket baten für den schnellen Einkauf etwas. Alles in allem, ein sehr zu empfehlendes Domizil, um einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden zu verbringen.

Do Not Miss!

This rental property truly has it all – it seems like the kind of place a movie star might stay, but is still family friendly and approachable. Admire the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea from balconies on 3 levels, with snow-capped mountains in the distance to the right. Just a short walk to authentic Greek tavernas past beautiful pastoral sheep pastures complete with sheep dogs (they bark, but they’re just doing their job). This property will blow your mind. It’s just a short drive to Marathi Beach, which is known for its stunning beauty and has a great adjacent restaurant. But it's not just the location that makes this property so special. The owner, Stella, is incredibly hospitable and kind, always going above and beyond to make sure her guests have the best possible experience. There was a welcome basket with local wine, cookies, olive oil, and local aperitif – it was fantastic. The concierge phone in the house is a great touch, allowing guests to easily book activities like winery tours and other excursions with just a simple call. The property itself is super modern and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We were there a bit early in the season (early May) and paid to have the pool heated – totally worth it as we were travelling with kids. Great amenities and the safe and secure environment All in all, this rental property is a true gem and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation in Crete.

Great Villa with a View

We, 3 couples, loved staying at the Niolos Villa. Each couple ended up having their own floors. The villa had comfortable furnishing, great patios and balconies all around. Stella, the property owner is very sweet and generous. She allowed us to check in couple of hours earlier, she also gave us homemade cheese and spinach pie, and sent us off with a bottle of their own olive oil to each couple. Etouri was also easy to work with and they provided concierge reservation services. We would definitely return to Stella's properties next time in Crete. Young et al

Luxurious villa near a great village

The owner clearly cares about her visitors. Stella left delicious starter foods with lots of fresh fruit and olive oil, bread etc mid week we got a plate of amazing savoury pastries freshly baked and when we left we were given a bottle of their own olive oil On to the villa, it is incredibly and thoughtfully equipped and set up for comfort outside there are plenty of comfortable options for moving in and out of the sun. For little children there's a small area in the pool and being salt and not chlorine it was very comfortable to use Aircon worked quickly and showers bedding etc were all top class. The table outside the kitchen was our favourite place to congregate It's next to another villa and whilst each villa can see into the others garden it's very private and no noise If you like military aircraft, and we do, there's occasional fly past from the local NATO base We loved the village. Short walk each morning for coffee and provisions and a great restaurant opposite where we both ate in and had a take away Local beaches lovely, free parking, beach bar etc

Beautiful villa, wonderful holiday

The villa itself was beautiful, with everything provided that you could need for your holiday. The owner, Stella, was lovely and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable, even to the point of leaving us home baked cookies and Cretan pies! We particularly loved the outdoor seating and barbeque area, where we would cook and sit out most evenings The views from this part of the villa across the bay are stunning. The villa was spotlessly clean, with good aircon. Plenty of room for the six of us either to be together or have peace and quiet whenever we wanted. We very much enjoyed swimming in the large pool and playing table tennis on the lawn in the evening. A car is essential as there is very little that is within walking distance. Chania nearby is a beautiful town and we ate out there a couple of nights. We also rented a boat with crew there for the day (Chania Elegant Cruises) which we loved. We had a mix up on arrival but that was down to the managing agent who arranged the transfer not communicating properly with the owner our time of arrival. They also gave us the wrong name and telephone number of the owner which caused unnecessary stress and hassle. We were disappointed in how the agent handled this. In that regard we would not recommend using the agents preferred company for the transfer to the villa. They charged us 100 euros for a 7km drive, the driver did not know where the villa was (we had to direct him using Google maps), he did not speak English and they had not communicated our arrival time to the host family. The taxi driver was told by his boss to leave us outside the property for 45 minutes in the afternoon, in searing heat, after we had been travelling for 12 hours. It was not the way we wanted to arrive. I would stress this was not the owners fault who did everything to make our holiday memorable. We would definitely like to return-it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Wir hatten 6 wunderschöne Tage in einer unglaublich schönen Villa, das Haus ist mindestens so schön wie auf dem Fotos. Es ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat fast im jeden Raum einen tollen Blick über die ganze Bucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen !

Fantastic get away with friends!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at the villa. The host Stella was waiting when we arrived even though it was very late at night, they took the time to show us around. Nothing was too much trouble. We also received great help from Eteri when it came to booking days out, finding shops and restaurants. The villa was everything you could wish for, clean and practical with lots of lovely touches. The pool was heated which was perfect for April and the kids could stay in for long periods happily. Stella even baked us some beautiful Greek treats and gifted us her own olive oil and honey. Fantastic stag and we would not hesitate to book again.

First Visit to Crete

Villa Niolos 1 was the perfect place for our first post covid break. An outstanding property, immaculately presented with high quality fittings throughout. The service levels were five star as were all the luxuries, bedding, cleaning, etc etc. Discretely situated with stunning views across Souda Bay to the mountains beyond. A huge amount of both indoor and outdoor space and the owners were very attentive and helpful. Close to charming local beaches and the historic city of Chania. We could not have asked for anything more and would love to return soon ! !

Gorgeous Villa

Myself and family stayed at villa 7 adults. The Villa is exactly as photos show it was spotless and beautiful. Plenty of room for us all. Every room had spectacular views. We enjoyed the pool and loved the outdoor pizza oven. Stella and her daughter are lovely and left us wonderful baked goods they also are quick to respond to any questions. Stella was so kind to drive to us in the evening when we accidentally locked a set of keys inside. Oops 😐 thank you Stella. I highly recommend this villa

Parfait pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille

Magnifique maison pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Hôte très agréable, réactif et de bons conseils, un vrai plaisir! Belle vue sur la baie et la mer, villa très pratique et bien située. A 25 minutes de la vieille ville de La Cannée (Chania) qui est magnifique et dispose de nombreux resto plus agréables les uns que les autres. A recommander chaudement.

Lovely Villa with a stunning view

We can only say good things about our stay. The villa was nice and clean, the view was beautiful and Mrs. Stella was so sweet and friendly to us. She surprised us with lovely homebaked greek cheese and spinach packages, and let us in contact with her daughter, so she could help us out with boat rentals. we also had a very good experience when arriving to villa. The nearby beach Marathi Beach had some lovely tavernas, and it was clearly a very local beach, which we really appreaciate when we´re out travelling. Theres a lovely outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven which we tried. A thing which is good to know for future guests is that theres a military base very close to the villa, which can mean some noise now and then from the military planes. However It didn't bother us. We can only recommend this lovely place. ❤️

Simply The Best Stay Ever!

We stayed at Villa Niolos for 7 nights in July 2021 and it has simply been one of our best stays. The owner Mrs Stella could not have been more helpful from booking a table to watch the Euro finals to providing us with all the amenities we needed for our stay. She even left us freshly baked cookies and olive oil form her own vineyard. Etouri - their concierge service was second to none from recommending restaurants to booking them for us every evening. We cannot wait to return! We absolutely loved it!
