Hotel vicino a Chapel Hill Mall - Akron

“Raccomandato al 100% davvero!!”

“Cleanliness of room, and hotel excellent, comfortable bed. What stands out the most friendly/knowledgeable staff, Shirley at front desk and lady organizing breakfast, it is the 1st time, greeted for breakfast and shown what options available.”

“Great place”

“Hotel vecchio, arredi vecchi e sporchi. Colazione molto scarsa. Pulizie solo su richiesta e non comunicate al check in. Percezione di scarsa sicurezza all’interno della struttura ”

“Comfy and cozy stay near hiking trails.”

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“Friendly staff, great location, clean room.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“No complaints”

“Lauren at the front desk met us with a smile and fresh baked cookies! Easy check in! Room was clean ty housekeeping for doing an amazing job. Loved the pool. Hot tub could have been a little hotter! Overall 5 stars. Found my new staycation spot! Thank you to the entire staff! See ya next time 😉”

“Two problems. The curtains to block out light could not cover the middle portion of the windows, so bright lights for the parking lot came through the opening. Looked like a set for a noir movie. And in a still dark morning, we couldn’t turn on lights without becoming a floor show for the parking lot. No great expectations for any “free breakfast,” but there was no cold water for drinking. Had to get a staffer draw water from their prep kitchen kitchen sink into a small, plastic glass. ...

“Clean room walking distance to food and other attractions”
