Hotel vicino a Mary Campbell Cave - Cuyahoga Falls

“Overall a good experience staying here two nights in mid-week. The accommodations were nothing special but everything worked properly and staff was pleasant. I thought the price a little high, but it seemed in line with other comparable properties nearby. About a 45 minute drive to downtown Cleveland. One complaint: The carpet in the room was old and somewhat nasty looking. I hope when the hotel replaces it they'll go with vinyl plank flooring instead.”

“The hotel is beautiful and located conveintly downtown. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from the hotel. The room itself was clean and well maintained. However, I found the lighting to be poor. The lights by the bed were only 40 watts and made it difficult to read. I also felt the lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful and this is a great place to stay if you are visiting campus, especially if you are brining a prospective student to visit Kent...

“The hotel itself was clean, as was the room and pool area. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good for a hotel shower. Check in and check out were smooth. Though there was quite a selection for breakfast, two of my kids got sick an hour after eating. I don’t know if things were improperly cooked (eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy) or that the items were not fresh, but that a was big disappointment. “Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“We stayed here while going to Inkcarceration for a less expensive place to sleep. The hotel it seems was maybe older and had been renovated. The lobby and our room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfy! It was also in a great area that was close to many restaurants and stores. I would stay here again if I was ever in the area.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Cute little motel! The staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great. Breakfast was truly grab and go- packaged muffins, honey buns etc. I would definitely stay again!”
