“I just needed a good place to get several hours of sleep. I had seen some negative reviews, but my experience was fine. The only negative was the key cards didn't work for the first room I was assigned, but she gave a different room and those cards worked fine. Best I could tell, the room was clean and in very good order. I will probably stay here again, possibly regularly, as it is a good stopping point on a trip I'll probably be needing to make several times.”

“The young man who was at the front desk upon arrival on 9/16 evening should get a raise! He listened and responded to all our questions and concerns. His customer satisfaction score is 10+. You are blessed to have him as an employee/associate. Please thank him for us. The morning lady 9/17 at the front desk and serving breakfast was a real gem too. So friendly and courteous. She anticipated our needs before we asked. She deserves a raise too! You are blessed to have her on your staff!”

“Fantastic and friendly helpful staff. I mixed up the date on my reservation and they were able to fix it right away. The place was absolutely clean. It's a new hotel and common areas are comfortable and inviting. Breakfast bar was well run and food was good. Lovely restaurant right next door. ”
