Main floor bedroom did not have any pillow cases and the pillows were stained. Gross! Shower mats were dirty. Trash was left in the trash can. “Pros: Quiet end unit townhome that backs up to wooded lot. Back bedroom is very dark at night. Comfortable, nice extras like toiletries, close to many options for dining and shopping. Cons: Direct communication with host was lacking. Everything from host was automated but I did not get responses to a message sent on check in day. An email in reply was kicked back as undeliverable. The kitchen is stocked with basics but could use an updated knife set; there were no chefs knives (all serrated)...
