My sister and I were in town for Round Top and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Red Barn Retreat. The home is well-appointed and very clean. The hosts are very thoughtful in their attention to detail and it was both noticed and appreciated. We highly recommend RBR and will make plans to return.

The property setting is very peaceful and enjoyed watching the livestock. The home was very neat and clean. We enjoyed the books and sitting on the porch. There were fresh eggs in the refrigerator however, we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy them. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable property in a rural area near Chappell Hill and Brenham, Texas. We attended a wedding at the Hummingbird Hill venue and this Property was only 12 minutes away, and very convenient. Very Pastoral setting were we viewed deer, cows and horses nearby . The kitchen was furnished with everything ( even aluminum foil , spices and wax paper!) a nice fire pit was outside with firewood furnished. Beds were firm but comfortable. Looked like a vey new structure and with modern furnishings that were spotless.

Very nice, modern farmhouse in a small community. We didn’t get there until after dark and it’s out in the country, so we were a little worried about being able to find it, but it was pretty straightforward. Upon walking into the door, we were impressed by how nice it is. Large windows framing a large, open kitchen and living room. In the morning, we were able to appreciate the space even more, as the windows and porch overlook a beautiful green space with large trees and wildlife. The two bedrooms were similar in size. We only needed one but the other would have been more than enough for another couple or a couple of kids. Bathrooms were very nice, modern and clean. Snacks and cold waters were very appreciated, as well as a carton of farm-fresh eggs. Beautiful space, just wish we had more time to enjoy it.

The house was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was very relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the animals in the morning. The little touches throughout the house made us feel welcome.
