Filled with designer furniture, our beautiful cottage sits on three quiet acres with sunset views year round. The perfect get-away to tap into your creativity or spend a relaxing weekend with family. It’s located in a quiet cove for a safe, calming experience while swimming or kayaking. Barbecuing on the grill or lighting a fire in the fire pit.
The space
The cottage is located on three quiet acres with beautiful lake view and access to the Lake Greenwood. Newly built covered dock will allow for one boat and two jet skies if your want to go out on the large lake.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and private entrance that leads to the back yard and lake has lake views. Second bedroom has a queen bed with lake views and the third bedroom is a loft with a full bed. There is room for 4 adults and children could sleep in the lofts.,

There is 1 full and one 1/2 baths. There are two lofts one above the kitchen with the full bed for sleeping and one in master, a great spot to use for a work space or sleeping - We provide complimentary air mattresses.

The master bedroom connects to a large walk in closet and leads to a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom is complete with a large soaking bathtub and walk in shower.
Guest access
The garage is restricted from guest access.
Other things to note
The lake will be lowered in the months of November, January, February. Since this is our first year at the lake we do not know how low the water gets. This could mean you would be unable to kayak or canoe from our dock.
