“The staff was amazing. The pool is so beautiful and heated! We had a lovely stay.”

“If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

“Great staff but could use a little updating/repair. The building is beautiful as it was an old bank and has a grand lobby. The elevators were shaky/creaky and some of the panels had cracks in them. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean. Convenient location, next to convention center and a couple of blocks from the terminal market.”

“The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. Proximity of the dining table made getting around it and the staircase very tight. Issues with the electronic lock several times which left us stranded in the hall twice. It says it’s a...

“Il personale è inesistente, ti prendono in giro, abbiamo contattato la struttura perché abbiamo avuto un problema. Invece di dire che non era possibile modificare la prenotazione non rispondevano ai messaggi, telefonando rispondevano di sì ma di scrivere ad Expedia ed Expedia rispondeva che l’hotel non accettava la modifica…uno dei due ci ha preso in giro!!! Colazione mediocre, poca scelta e ti devi preparare i waffle da solo. Pulizia scarsa, ogni due giorni ”

“Mooi ruim en met een fantastich uitzicht en groot terras. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was schoon behalve de vloer bij de keuken, dat was het enige minpintje. Goede bedden en parkeerplaats was makkelijk te reserveren.”
